Recorded and studio classes available.
We have such an awesome community! So we have lots of classes. We ask that you make reservations for each class you wish to attend because we only have a certain number of spaces. We do have props available and we ask that you sanitize them after each use.
Recorded classes - donation.
Some of our yoga classes have been recorded and you can find them by going to our Recorded Classes tab. You can make a donation to view these classes or simply click on the class links if your budget is slim and you need a little yoga. We think yoga is important enough for everyone to be able to access it .
