We are a community-based studio for yoga and related mind-body experiences. We believe that yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi and Pilates is for every body, regardless of age or physical capacity. Our mission is to reach and teach those who would benefit from these practices and provide the opportunity for personal expression on all levels – physical, creative, and artistic.

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you reach, improve and perfect poses, correct posture and improve your breathing and outlook on life. Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. It will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening your muscles.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Taking a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself to get clarity and focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
