We miss our awesome yoga community! So we have put lots of classes online through Mindbody. Before you sign up for a class, make sure your email is correct in MindBody. You can sign up days ahead, or at the very least 30 minutes before the class of your choice. About half an hour before class, be ready to check your email for the link to the class. Clicking on that link will take you directly to Zoom and the class you signed up for.
Place your mat in a comfy spot; adjust your device so you can see; and if you use blocks, bolsters, straps, or blankets, have them available. If you don't have props, you can get creative. A kitchen towel works for a strap. Take a stack of books and wrap them with plastic wrap. Roll a couple of bath towels or a blanket for a bolster.
Some of our classes have been recorded and you can find them by going to our Classes page. You can make a donation to view these classes or just go to the Find Out More button if your budget is slim and you need a little yoga. We think yoga is important enough to be able access if you need.

Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. Taking a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself to get clarity and focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
