Hi Fran, 3550 Airport Way #206 (the Caribou Building across the street from Home Grown Market). The beginner classes are all suited to the over 50 crowd who want a slower pace. Sweet Sunday Vinyasa is also a good choice. Hope to see you soon. Marsha
