    Hi Ken,
    The Tuesday and Thursday mornings are the Qigong class. If you are interested there is lots of room. Beginners class is Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:00.

      Hi Tandi,
      We don’t have a Moms and Babes class yet. March 3 and the first Sat of each month will be Family day from 3:30-4:30. That would be the closest thing we have going. You might check with Infininite.

          Not sure what class or workshop you are talking about. We have many in the works right now. Generally the way our system is set up, it is difficult for us to use Punch cards for anything other than regular classes. Our MindBody system is great but does not allow us much flexibility. We have to pay for the workshops separately. Thank you for buying the 10 punch card though! We hope you enjoy your choices of regular classes.

      If you click on most classes in the Calendar, a window pops up with a brief description. You could check out the instructor bios for what their thoughts are too.     I know you guys are still trying to work out the schedule this fall, what with the second studio opening up and all (so exciting!), but I was wondering if Lucy might want to/possibly could be able to teach her Ashtanga class at 6pm on Mondays instead of 5:30pm…I have school until 5:30pm Mondays/Wednesdays. Just curious, thanks!!

      We have been talking about moving the time back to 5:45. This doesn’t give you much time. So what do the rest of you think? Classes at 5:45 or 6??

    I am interested in attending some regular classes and am trying to decide which types of sessions are right for me. I just don’t have to funds to try everything out and see what I like. I have attended several classes before and really enjoyed power yoga and the more intense classes. Which types of classes should I be looking into?

      If you like the more athletic type, definitely stick to anything that says power. Donna’s Prana Flow is also fun and faster paced. The Monday-Wed Ashtanga is also a class to make you think and work. Basically you should just pick a time you can come because we have something going on most nights that might interest you. Check in with the calendar and click on a class that interests you. A separate window will come up with an explanation. Welcome to the community.

      There is a beginner class on Tuesdays at 5:45. You might also consider a class called From the Ground Up on Thursdays at 5:45. Another Beginner class is scheduled for Sat at 2 and Sundays Sweet Vinyasa at 4 is a slower paced class. We hope you can find something that works for you.

      Donna and I also share Tuesday nights, we alternate. Check the calendar to see what Tuesday she teaches. That would be another opportunity for you to enjoy her teaching style. Marsha

      You won’t know until you try. The whole group seems pretty supportive. Come and see what you think. Bring a mat if you have one. If not we have some.

      Not at all. Some Moms have transitioned right from the expecting Moms class to the Mommy and Baby. You would be welcome.

      We’d love to have Ashtanga if we could find an instructor to step in for Lucy when her path takes her away from Fairbanks. But the Mysore Ashtanga group is currently meeting Sunday mornings. Drop in and partake.

    Would it be possible to move at least one of the power style classes from the Tuesday/Thursday schedule to a M/W/F schedule? I love your power yoga and all the instructors but can’t take three classes a day on Tuesday and Thursday. I would love to have a class every day of the week. Thanks for your consideration.

      Hi Sam,
      Kathleen teaches beginning power at 5:45 on Mondays, Kate – Hot Power on Wed at 5:45, AM Vinyasa at 7 (not called power but will get you going). Then there’s Sizzling Sat Morning at 10 and Level 2/3 Vinyasa Power Sat at 4.There is a hot power class on Sun at noon. Friday is pot-luck so tune into Facebook to see who is up and if they fill your bill. We do have a lot piled up on Tues-Thur, but those are the days those teachers are available. Hope you can find a daily practice.
